NRECA International Division Gets Thanks in Dominican Republic and India Relationship

Recently, NRECA's International Programs Division (IPD) has received an official thank you from the senate of the Dominican Republic and signed an agreement to assist India in its ambitious plan to provide power to all its citizens. Vivek Talvadkar, vice president, IPD, talks about the recognition and the India agreement. He is interviewed by Cooperative.com's Jeff Almen.
