International TieLine Newsletter


The name of this newsletter, International TieLine, represents the ties between the United States and developing-world cooperatives. It's also a nod to the "tie" to you – members of our supporting community - whom this newsletter was developed to inform. (And many of you also know that "tie line" is an industry term for a power line built expressly to tie two separate electric systems together.)
