NRECA International Foundation urgently needs a portable substation for Haiti

NRECA International Foundation is urgenlty looking for a portable substation for Haiti with the following specs:

Mobile Substation Needs for Port-Au-Prince

1. 25 MVA 115/69 kV high side; 12.4/7.2 kV low side
2. High side fuses with gang switch
3. Low side breaker with gang switch
4. The mobile sub needs to be roadable with 5th wheel hitch
5. Include 3 each 100 feet of 15 kV UG stress coned cable
6. Six each bronze connectors 4 hole Nema with copper bolts, nuts and locks to fit the 15 Kv UG cable
7. High side gang switch to have connectors suitable for 4/0 to 400 mcm
8. Acsr aluminum wire
